BYD BCU+ (BCU+BASE) for HVS+/HVM+/HVB

The BYD Battery-Box HVB/HVS+/HVM+ BCU & Base set is an essential component for BYD high-voltage battery storage systems. The package includes the BCU, or Battery Control Unit, as well as the base, both required for building, controlling and commissioning the battery tower.

The Battery-Box Premium HVS+ and HVM+ systems represent the new generation of BYD’s modular high-voltage energy storage solutions. They are ideal for both residential and commercial photovoltaic systems, especially where flexible expandability, fast installation and reliable operation are key requirements. The internal plug-and-play connection system enables simple and efficient installation.

Thanks to the integrated balancing optimizer, the system supports automatic SOC adjustment, eliminating the need for manual state-of-charge matching during system expansion. This makes future capacity upgrades significantly easier and enables faster system scaling.

BYD Intelligent Management features include remote diagnostics and OTA, or Over-the-Air, updates, supporting convenient and secure long-term operation. The system can be used in ON Grid, ON Grid + Backup and OFF Grid applications, making it suitable for both backup and off-grid operation.

With its IP55 protection rating, the BYD Battery-Box HVS+ / HVM+ system is suitable for indoor and protected outdoor installation. The manufacturer provides a 10-year warranty for the system, subject to the applicable warranty terms and conditions.
